Must-Haves

• Based in Latin America. Candidates should be within approximately 3 hours of Pacific Time.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, project management, or senior operational support.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or similarly fast-moving operating environment.
• Exposure to supply chain, logistics, sourcing, manufacturing, ecommerce operations, or similar operational workflows.
