Operations Project Director

Education:

Bachelor's degree in engineering; Preferably Post-graduate level

Experience:

• Minimum of 15 years in a Program, Operations environment related to high precision, high mix manufacturing & assembly environment, with a minimum of 10 years' managerial experience.
• Solid knowledge of project management principles, as well as automotive or aerospace systems experience.
• Ability to work at a detailed level across multiple business functions.

Skill/ Technical Requirements:

• Proficient with the use of MS Office Application
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, IATF 16949, AS9100 preferred.
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems – Detailed knowledge of system usage and best practice
• Technical Knowledge of Engineering design and drawings
• Project Management Professional certification
• Knowledge in data analytics and statistics
