Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Operations Project Manager to join our Consulting Services (Life Science & Healthcare) Operations team in Barcelona. Our team works at the intersection of business, project management and operations, providing operational support across multiple layers of the organisation.

In this role, you will act as a strategic partner for a practice area or service line, ensuring effective planning, resource allocation and operational execution. You will manage projects end to end, collaborate with teams across the business and drive initiatives that support Consulting Services goals.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent combination of experience, with preference for an IT or engineering background
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a professional services environment or related field, including 3 years as a Project Manager or in Operations Management
