We are seeking an Operations & Purchasing Administrator to support purchasing, order tracking, and invoice processing across multiple U. S.-based healthcare facilities. This is a support and coordination role focused on accurate processing, follow-ups, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operational flow.
This role is suited for candidates who are detail-oriented, process-driven, and enjoy keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes . PLEASE NOTE Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (4:00 PM - 1:00 AM South African Time; subject to change due to daylight savings or operational requirements)
