Position Overview
The Quality Control Manager plays a key role in maintaining Maison Privée Arabia's premium service standards across all home wellness and beauty offerings. This role ensures that every booking, therapist performance, customer interaction, and operational process aligns with the company's quality framework. The QC supports the management team by monitoring service quality, identifying gaps, and guiding continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Monitoring & Operations
Audit daily bookings and ensure correct therapist assignment based on skill, distance, availability, and service type.
- Monitor therapist performance, punctuality, grooming, behavior, and adherence to SOPs.
- Ensure all service workflows follow company quality guidelines.
Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements.
