Conducts operations research and economic analysis of DLA operating programs to identify actual or potential management problem areas, trends and similar factors to improve agency program operations and initiates new areas of study. Prepares written and oral reports or presentations regarding study findings, conclusions, and recommendations for site or headquarters leadership.
