Operations Risk Manager (Contract) Extendable 6500/mth and up

Duties:

1. Assist in the management of the Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process, including identifying, reviewing, analysing, monitoring, and reporting operational risks. This includes performing sample verification of control evidence and tracking remediation actions.
2. Support the implementation and ongoing monitoring of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) across the organisation, including regular reviews, escalation of threshold breaches, and follow-up on management action plans.
3. Participate in the implementation of new AI initiatives and the rollout of the eGRC system to local entities. Responsibilities include conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), preparing test plans and UAT data, documenting test cases and results, and tracking defects and resolutions.
