Operations Senior Manager

Purpose of the job

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of mega data center, ensuring seamless management of Data Center cloud, infrastructure, network and network security, Security Operations Center (SOC), and IT Service Management (ITSM) functions. This role demands a highly experienced professional with a minimum of 10 years of proven expertise in managing complex IT operations, ensuring high availability, robust security, and operational efficiency.

The Operations Manager will lead a diverse team of skilled engineers, driving continuous improvement, maintaining a proactive on issue resolution, and ensuring seamless operations service delivery across all domains.
