Job Description Summary GE Vernova Singapore Services is seeking a dynamic Operations Shift Supervisor – Rotor Repair to support its Heavy Duty Gas Turbine rotor repair operations. This role reports directly to the Senior Operations Manager within the Rotor Repair Cell. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily repair operations, ensuring Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) performance, while driving operational excellence through lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.
