Operations Shift Supervisor

This role is on a weekly shift rotation – One week Am Shift / One Week PM Shift

My client, a specialist Aerospace manufacturer are on the hunt for an Operations Shift Supervisor to join the team!

Role and Responsibilities – Operations Shift Supervisor

In this role, you will look to drive safe, compliant and efficient production performance by leading a team of multi skilled operators. You will look to be the champion of continuous improvement, applying lean principles, and delivering on the improvements take make sure they are sustainable.

Other responsibilities include:

• Own shift performance, delivering against Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People (SQCDP) targets.
• Lead and embed Lean principles, Kaizen events, and structured problem-solving (e.g., 5 Why, 8D).
• Coach operators and Cell Leader in CI tools and behaviors to foster employee-led improvement.
