Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Air Freight Operations & Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this fast-paced role, you will coordinate air freight operations, ensuring efficient and timely transportation of goods via Air Freight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate air freight shipments and arrange transportation logistics.
• Handle import/export permit declarations and facilitate customs clearance.
• Liaise with various airlines to secure cargo space and plan optimal flight routes to destinations.
• Execute ground operations in line with company standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
