As a Logistics Operations Specialist, you will coordinate transport-related activities on behalf of our Customer’s logistics department. Directly reporting to the Integrated Logistics Team Lead, you will handle customer requests concerning shipment handling and manage deviations from the standard process. You will closely cooperate with other KN departments and external transport providers in order to ensure excellent customer experience for our Clients.
