Operations Specialist, Customer Logistics

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Operations Specialist, Customer Logistics to join our dynamic team at PM ACCESS WORLD (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. in Petaling Jaya, Selangor or Port Klang Free Zone. As a full-time role, you will play a vital part in our Import/Export & Customs operations and other ad hoc task to ensuring seamless logistics for our valued customers.

What you'll be doing: -

• Coordinate shipment documentation with clients, internal teams, and third-party providers.
• Manage and organize all logistics documents (inbound, outbound, rebagging, blending) ensuring audit readiness.
• Oversee documentation processes in ERP and maintain accurate reports (OBL, invoices, container activities, etc.).
• Act as main contact for all commodities and liaise with clients, forwarders, carriers, and internal teams.
• Delegate tasks, train team members, and promote a collaborative work environment.
