Operations Specialist – Founder Right Hand

I'm the CEO of a growing career development firm, and I'm looking for a highly capable, trusted generalist to work directly alongside me as my right hand.

This role exists to bring clarity, order, and follow-through to a fast-moving, growing business. It is broad, hands-on, and requires judgment. You will work across systems, documentation, research, internal operations, and day-to-day execution so that I can focus on business growth.

Your value comes from ownership, discretion, anticipation, and execution.
