ROLE PURPOSE: Review and processing of RIM and account opening documents of individual customers (related to Branches and DSU), maintaining related documentation based on approved requests in accordance with agreed time standards, authorities and operational policies to a satisfaction level that will assist in achieving the overall mission of operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Review and processing of RIM and account opening related to Branches and Direct Sales Unit (DSU). Maintaining related documentation based on approved requests in accordance with agreed time standards, authorities and operational policies to a satisfaction level that will assist in achieving the overall mission of operational excellence.
• Maintain the BPM workflow timely for opening accounts for branches and DSU.
