**About the Role**
At Pavago, one of our clients is seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day workforce operations on a live scheduling platform.
This role sits at the operational core of the business and is responsible for ensuring shifts are filled, professionals are activated, attendance is monitored, and clients experience seamless execution across every shift.
This is not a traditional administrative or support role.
You will oversee the full shift lifecycle — from onboarding workforce professionals to resolving real-time attendance issues and last-minute operational changes.
