Seek Shine ( is a jewelry brand based in the Philippines. We are looking for an ONSITE, FULL-TIME Operations Specialist who will:

• Visit all stores weekly to monitor compliance with standard (cleanliness, uniforms/hygiene, broken devices, etc.)
• Ensure store display follows head office guidelines
• Conduct spot inventory counts on randomly selected SKUs
• Follow up with store development team for high-priority store repairs
• Gather feedback from store staff regarding other concerns
