Responsibilities

• Effectively coordinate Driver Partners to ensure supply-demand balance
• Manage Driver Partners' performance through daily operational data analysis
• Handle arising incidents related to drivers, assets on a daily basis.
• Coordinate to monitor the progress of incident resolution with relevant parties
• Oversee driver onboarding, training, and performance management

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Proven background in a similar industry
• Experience in driver management
• Able to communicate in English, at least for daily conversation.
• Tech‑savvy, comfortable using various technologies and digital tools
• Ability in data analytics and administration
