Operations Specialist

Role Summary The Operations Specialist ensures all client deliverables are executed on time and at high quality. This role runs the fulfillment engine of Ahlion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage fulfillment teams (ads, content, design, systems)

• Ensure all client deliverables are completed daily

• Track workloads, deadlines, and quality

• Implement SOPs and workflows

• Resolve bottlenecks and delays

Compensation:

• 22,000 Basic Salary
• Monthly recurring commission per active client closed

Qualifications (1–3 Years):

• 1–3 years experience in operations, project management, or agency coordination
• Experience managing deliverables, deadlines, and internal teams
• Familiar with workflows in digital marketing or creative agencies
