Ardent Engineers is a fast-growing Australian structural engineering firm, and we are seeking mid-tier operations professional with strong systems capability and intermediate automation skills (N8N/Make/Zapier), with room to grow into an Operations Manager.

What You'll Do

You will design, build, and optimise the operational systems that connect our delivery teams, admin teams, and clients. Your work will directly improve efficiency, visibility, communication, and workflow performance across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain boards, automations, dashboards
• Design and map workflows across the entire delivery lifecycle (intake → proposals → delivery → QA → issuing → invoicing)
