What You'll Be Doing:
Validating client bookings to make sure everything is correct and running smoothly
Following up on unconfirmed bookings to maximise attendance and reduce no-shows
Managing appointment reschedules, billing tasks, and client payment links
Responding to social media leads, collecting contact details, and tagging them for follow-up
Keeping booking sheets, tracking systems, and client updates 100% accurate
