**Hours:** 37.5 hours per week, across a 7-day rota (any 5 days out of 7)



**Contract Type:** Permanent, salaried



Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort we are busy prepping for our 2026 season, and we are recruiting for an Operations Specialist to join our AWESOME Operations Team!



The Operations Specialist is responsible for maintaining and improving operational efficiency by managing systems, vendors, training materials and compliance documentation to drive high standards of operational performance across the Resort.



A key aspect of the role is compliance with health and safety legislation, which the Operations Specialist will champion across the Resort, reviewing and updating our Standard Operating Procedures, Code of Safe Working Practices...
