CREST Forwarder, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Staff to join our dynamic team in Davao City. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our thriving import/export and customs brokerage operations.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating and processing import and export documentation, ensuring full compliance with customs regulations and procedures
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, and government agencies to facilitate smooth customs clearance and cargo movement
• Maintaining comprehensive records and data management systems to track shipments and inventory
• Assisting with the preparation of reports, analysis, and presentations for management
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any operational issues that may arise
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows within the operations department
