Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Establish good relationship with customer both internal and external
· Ensures on time return of customer's POD
· Do quality checking in every liquidation per truck/destination before forwarding to Finance
· Real time update to customers in any issues like delayed returning POD due to uncontrollable situation
· Performs liaising functions (port related activities based on demand, convoys trucks etc.)
· Assist purchasing officer in canvassing and purchase parts
· Prepare PBL (proforma bill of lading) and instruct drivers / helpers for pier related activities
· Respond to emergency road calls and assist repairs as necessary
· Provide regular updates / reports and forecast
