Operations & Strategy Manager

**About the Role**
The Rider team builds and strengthens the relationship with our riders and their experience with our platform. We aim to increase our active rider base and advocate for their experience. Some exciting projects include launching new rider products and improving our rider experience across different uses cases. We develop and operationalize strategies that help us achieve our business goals. We work at scale across cities on critical challenges and initiatives to deliver value and phenomenal experiences to our riders.
As an integral member of Uber's Mexico Rider team, you will help, through research and analytics, understand our existing and potential customers and identify and prioritize the highest opportunities. We move metrics by leading cross-functional teams together to execute initiatives that could get to our targets.
