From South Korea to Bangkok, we work closely with students, families, tutors, and faculty to ensure smooth day-to-day coordination and academic support.

What Will You Do as a Student Support Associate?

At ODSY, Student Support Associates focus on execution and coordination. Responsibilities include:

• Responding to student messages and inquiries during assigned hours
• Coordinating tutoring schedules based on provided instructions
• Sending reminders, confirmations, and basic follow-ups
• Relaying questions or updates to tutors or faculty when needed
• Logging sessions, schedules, and basic engagement updates
