Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and marketing initiatives of Alterations Plus. This role ensures that all branches and teams operate efficiently and in alignment with company standards and goals. The Operations Supervisor plays a key role in driving growth, maintaining service quality, and supporting customer satisfaction through strong leadership and strategic execution.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Logistics Management - Ensure that the machines and equipment in the store are always in good condition.
2. Budget Management - Ensure that the operations budget is met at all times, including manpower, expenses, and break-even points. Knowledge of financial statements is essential.
