Operations Supervisor , Amazon Logistics (Sun - Wed)

Description

Amazon Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to collaborate with the Operations Shift Manager and Delivery Station Manager in driving innovation and ensuring effective execution within transportation networks. This role requires a proactive leader capable of inspiring a team to achieve performance goals and productivity standards that align with company objectives. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for monitoring team attendance and workflow, working closely with the Operations Shift Manager and Delivery Station Manager to identify and resolve any issues that may arise. The work schedule is front end RTS shift, from Sunday to Wednesday.



Amazon Operations and Distribution is a 24/7 environment and shifts may change due to business needs.
