Job Description

Role Impact:

To provide assistance in the management of efficient operations of a major Shopping Centre and Office towers, including small project management, while directing and coordinating the activities of staff and the services provided by architects, consultants, contractors and suppliers.

What you will deliver:

  • Provide regular feedback in the form of status meetings, objective setting sessions, performance appraisals, coaching and counselling, discipline and the assignment of developmental projects

  • Manage the activities of all direct reports to ensure the timely achievement of department goals, within prescribed policies, procedures and standard business practices;

  • Provide regular motivation and mentoring to all staff to encourage ongoing professional development for succession planning purposes.
