Operations Supervisor (Cinema) - SM City Bacolod

The Operations Supervisor is responsible in the day-to-day cinema operations concerns through efficient property management, development, customer service, and marketing activities of the assigned area.

This will include but not limited to the following:

• Monitor Personnel work assignment, attendance and appearance.
• Provides reports required by management, including monitoring of hourly sales.
• Review screening time schedule on L.E.D. Monitors and white board for ratings and admission prices.
• Monitors cinema housekeeping, check facilities, including proper installation of standees, advertisements and posters.
• Handle customer complaints on refund, transfer procedure, cinema rules and regulations.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

• Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year course
• Must be willing to work on extended working hours, rest days and holidays.
