TITAN is looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to support our evening and weekend cleaning operations. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys working alongside their team, maintaining high standards, and supporting smooth day‑to‑day operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Support and supervise evening and weekend cleaning operations
• Step in to cover shifts when needed to ensure service continuity
• Train, support, and mentor new team members
• Complete site inspections and maintain Titan’s quality standards
• Help resolve site issues and follow through on concerns or complaints
• Perform and oversee floor care services including:
• Stripping and waxing floors
• Track inventory usage and assist with product ordering
