About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead a Customer Service team handling post-sale technical and non-technical support. This role involves managing both high-volume, low-complexity inquiries and more complex customer issue resolution across phone, chat, and online platforms.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, a background in Travel & Hospitality (BPO or non-BPO), and the ability to drive performance, process improvements, and team development.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service Operations
Oversee remote customer service delivery via phone, chat, and digital platforms
Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and escalations
Act as liaison between customers and internal departments when required
