Operations Supervisor

In partnership with our client, a leading North American distribution company, we are seeking an Operations Supervisor (Morning Shift) to oversee daily warehouse operations at its Edmonton distribution facility. This role is responsible for supervising picking, receiving, and shipping activities while maintaining service levels, productivity targets, and a strong safety culture.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse associates across picking, receiving, and loading functions

Promote and enforce occupational health & safety standards

Monitor workflow, staffing levels, and productivity to meet service and budget targets

Identify and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and accuracy

Coordinate with other departments to ensure strong internal and external customer service

Support onboarding, training, and performance management of team members
