Operations Supervisor- Fixed Plant

DRD Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading global iron ore producer for an experienced Operations Supervisor – Fixed Plant at a remote FIFO operation in Western Australia.

The Role

• Lead and develop a fixed plant operations team
• Coordinate daily crushing, screening, and materials handling activities
• Drive safety leadership and ensure compliance with site standards
• Monitor plant performance and drive continuous improvement
• Work closely with maintenance and planning teams to maximise uptime
• Manage reporting and systems (SAP or similar)

About You

• Supervisory experience in mining, mineral processing, or heavy industry
• Strong fixed plant or processing background
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and operational excellence
• SAP or similar system experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
