Job Description

The supervisor will oversee daily operations within the cold storage facility, ensuring efficient handling, storage and dispatch of fruit exports. This role is critical to maintaining safety standards and operational efficiency. The supervisor will manage a team of staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

• Manage all operational activities to ensure that all loading, unloading and storing of fruit pallets are in accordance with procedures and operational requirements.
