Operations Supervisor

ECHO Foundation was founded in 1991. It is a registered Section 21 Company, established as a non-profit company. The Foundation houses over 1,500 residents within its villages and frail care facilities.

ECHO Foundation is searching for an Operations Supervisor to join the team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations across all sites.
• Supervise and manage gardeners and painters, including work allocation and performance monitoring.
• Plan workflows, set deadlines, and track job completion targets.
• Liaise with service providers and manage SLAs (security, fire, smoke detection, lifts, kitchen equipment, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and organisational policies.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities, frail care areas, and operational activities.
• Handle operational issues, complaints, and queries in a professional and timeous manner. <...
