Operations Supervisor

About the Role

The role is responsible for managing a team of warehouse staff, ensuring inventory accuracy. maintaining safety standards and optimizing operational workflows.

Key Accountabilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations.
• Ensures that the storage, distribution, and movement of goods are conducted efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience​s

• Bachelor's degree in Freight/Shipping/Logistics/Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent.
• With at least 3-5 years of related experience and training in Contract Logistics operations. At least 3 years solid experience in a Supervisory capacity.
• Preferably with Six Sigma, GWP, or any WMS or TMS system training; as well as Supervisory Leadership Training or Continuous Improvement Training.
• Has background working in Contract Logistics companies handling different multinational clients.
