Operations Supervisor

Responsible for the overall operation of the ice production plant. This role ensures that daily production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The supervisor oversees machine operations, freezing cycles, sanitation, and supervises plant helpers and sales.

OPERATIONS:

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and dealers
• Effectively report and resolve any issues in the production line or operations
• Ensure water quality standards and sanitation protocols are strictly followed
• Conduct regular cleaning and sanitation of equipment and production areas
• Supervise, train, and schedule production helpers and plant staff

SALES:

• Manage and achieve of 100% monthly sales target
• Manage on-time delivery and resolve any customer issues
• Monitor daily cash sales reports and collectibles
