Job Description

                    Oversee daily operations and ensure tasks are carried out according to schedule. 
Plan, assign, and monitor work activities to maintain smooth workflow. 
Implement operational policies, procedures, and company guidelines. 
Ensure resources (manpower, equipment, materials) are available and properly utilized. 
Supervise, guide, and support team members in their daily duties. 
Conduct coaching, mentoring, and corrective actions when necessary. 
Assist in employee training and skills development. 
Monitor attendance, discipline, and compliance with company rules. 
Track KPIs, performance metrics, and operational reports. 
Coordinate with different departments (HR, Admin, Safety, Warehouse, Maintenance) 
Communicate instructions, updates, and feedback clearly to the team.
