Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
• Previous experience as an operations supervisor or similar role
• Excellent verbal and written skills for coordinating with other departments, directing staff and building rapport with client.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow
• Analyze business requirements and customer needs
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and external partners.
• Monitor and manage team performance to meet productivity targets
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
