Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor the operations team (loan processing, disbursement, collections).
• Ensure compliance with BSP and SEC regulations.
• Prepare and review reports, data accuracy, and workflow efficiency.
• Represent and present the company during SEC assessments and audits.
