Job Overview

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily branch operations, ensure service quality, and support basic marketing initiatives to help drive sales and customer traffic across Alterations Plus stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of assigned branches
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
• Monitor store performance, productivity, and service quality
• Handle operational issues and staff concerns
• Assist in staff scheduling and performance monitoring
• Conduct regular store inspections and submit operational reports
• Support marketing and promotional activities (in-store promos, signage, coordination)
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to support sales growth
