The Operations Supervisor assists the Operations Manager in the overall management of the operations of the restaurant ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly. This includes the following tasks:
Managing inventory, scheduling shifts and maintaining high service standards to customers.
Training new employees and provide ongoing support to existing employees.
Addressing customer complaints and ensuring a positive dining experience. The team leader must be proactive in resolving issues and accommodating special requests.
Supervise all service staff, including cashiers, dining staff, and delegate tasks to ensure efficiency, especially during peak hours.
Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure food orders are prepared and delivered to guests accurately and in a timely manner.
