Operations Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or any related field.
• Maximum of 2 years supervisory role within a pharmaceutical or similar manufacturing environment.
• Proven understanding of cGMP regulations and Pharmaceutical Engineering Principles.
• Strong Leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple task effectively.
• Proficient in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality in fast-paced environment.
• in-depth knowledge of Pharmaceutical water system (eg., PW, WFI) steam generation and distribution and waste water treatment processes.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations related to air emissions, water discharge and waste management.
