Operations Supervisor (RAC)

This role will be key in ensuring proper execution of operations, high-quality customer service, and achievement of commercial goals in both car rentals and pre-owned vehicle sales.

• Supervise teams of 5 to 10 employees across operations, sales, and customer service
• Resolve operational issues and ensure productivity at the point of sale
• Propose and implement commercial strategies to drive branch profitability
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs and NPS)
• Coordinate administrative activities with corporate departments
• Recruit, train, develop, and evaluate team members
• Ensure compliance with processes, internal policies, and quality standards
• Support operational activities when required
