As Operations Supervisor, you will play a key role in Aptiv's in this new project.
Managing all processes and tests (Quality, Safety, Productivity)
**Your Role**
- Supervise a employees' group involved in production operations at the plant
- Responsible for the effective use of resources ( personnel, material and equipment)
- Control employees absenteeism and punctuality
- Maintain daily personnel communication about results, progress and goals of the department (obtain feedback)
- Prevent inventory build-up, know the production schedule, and maintain quality requirements.
- Participate in the implementation of corrective actions for problems and defects in the lines.
- Ensure that the procedures established in the assembly and handling of the product are carried out.
