Operations Supervisor

An opportunity has become available for the Depot Supervisor at Mega Express (Pty) Ltd in Midrand/Pretoria Depot. The role include coordinating drivers' activities, fleet readiness, manage shift activities, safety compliance, and maintain customer service delivery to ensure seamless operational performance. The Depot Supervisor is responsible for operational planning, fleet utilisation, documentation accuracy, and ensure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures. This role provides hands‑on supervision and contributes to operational problem solving, efficiency improvements, and ensure satisfactory service to our passengers and all stakeholders.
