Operations Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversees the activity of Inside Unit Services
• Maintain proper records of all transactions and report to the owner in a clear and uniform procedure, on a daily, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Prepares quotation for job order
• Ensures all maintenance programs of the equipment and facilities of the project or property are executed as per schedule
• Inspect units for work to be conducted
• Maintain and monitors database of job order for all unit owners
• Achieve monthly target set by the head office

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree of any Engineering course
• Must have good understanding in technical operations
• At least 2 years relevant experience
• Willing to be assigned in Taguig Area
