Clinic Operations Lead

Work Setup: On-site in NCR (see available locations below)

Schedule: Day Shift |Mon-Fri ( 8 am-5 pm)
Shift: Rotational shifts (5-day work week, varying rest days)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of operations leadership experience in a fast-paced service (frontline customer-facing) or healthcare setting (e.g., clinic, retail, bank, hotel, etc.)
• Solid experience in operations management, process improvement, and staff development
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer-proficient
