Operations Supervisor

Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Operations Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all cargo handling operations. The role involves pre-arrival planning, vessel operation supervision, equipment readiness, manpower deployment, and post-operation reporting. The ideal candidate ensures safe, efficient, and compliant vessel operations while maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Operations Management or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in cargo handling or port operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of vessel operations, cargo documentation, and port safety procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Preferably SAP).
